Justin Robert Okley, 43, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away on May 7, 2026, just days before his 44th birthday. Born and raised in Jackson, Michigan, Justin was a graduate of Vandercook Lake High School. From there he attended Eastern Michigan University.
Justin built a long and respected career with Best Buy, most recently serving as a General Manager — a role that suited him perfectly. He was a natural with people, genuinely loved his work, and had a gift for making everyone around him feel welcome. Those who knew him knew he was always up for anything.
Outside of work, Justin was most himself talking about cars, watching racing, or behind a set of drums. He had a deep love for all things automotive, MSU athletics, and his beloved truck, Tina. But above all else, Justin was a family man. He made it a point to attend every one of his children’s games and school functions, also sharing his love of cars, racing, and sports, taking his eldest son to different events. He took a trip home to Michigan every summer, and those visits meant everything to the people waiting for him.
Justin is survived by his wife, Morgan, and their sons Harrison and Carson; his mother, Pamela; his father, William Okley; his brothers Aaron and Ryan (Danielle); and his nieces Emily and Olivia. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Harry and Mary Jane Okley and Betty Fleming.
Justin was the kind of person who filled a room — and leaves a space no one else can fill.
