LueAnne was well known for her patriotism, dedication to her community and love for God and her family. LueAnne was very creative, she enjoyed watercolor and oil painting and could be found knitting baby booties for expecting Army parents every evening. She was a long time member of the American Legion and was Awarded a Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for her thousands of hours of volunteer work.
LueAnne is survived by her sister Antoinette Irwin Eff, her brother Daniel Eff; Her children Joanne Miller and Christopher Robbins; 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on April 25, 2026 at 4:45 pm at the Covenant Orthodox Presbyterian Church, 1200 E Santa Rosa Ave, Tucson, AZ 85712.
