His sister Gwen Messina and her husband T.A. of Alexandria, Louisiana. His two nieces, Brittany Kinnamon of Shawnee, Oklahoma, and Amanda Pharris of Deville, Louisiana. He was as innocent as a child.
Darrell grew up in Alexandria, Louisiana where he enjoyed his favorite food, Louisiana crawfish and all kinds of seafoods. He loved listening to all types of music his favorites were the Beatles and gospel. He loved playing trivial pursuit, which he was a master at. He also loved reading all types of history and traveling with his family.
Darrell attended Fellowship Baptist Church in Marble Falls, Texas and it was told to us that he was always one of the first to show up every Sunday to help in any way possible.
We would be remiss without mentioning Jake and Caesar, his loyal dogs, friends, and protector.
Darrell was truly kind to all he met and had a heart of gold; he was taken from us much too young and will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Services will be held at Fellowship Baptist Church, 2702 Mormon Mills Rd., Marble Falls, Texas. Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 am followed by a funeral service. Darrell will rest next to his parents in Marble Falls City Cemetery.
