She is preceded in death by Roy and Oneata Burton, her brother Roy Jr. Burton and her husband Woodrow Bowden.
Frances is survived by her sons Allan and wife Susan and Stephen and wife Kathy. Frances has 4 grandchildren, Mandy, Josh, Chantel and Justin, and 6 great grandchildren, Ivy Sue, Millie, Sam, Maggie, Georgia and Jacob.
Frances was a loving mother and a life member of the Marble Falls Church of Christ.

Graveside Services and Interment will be held at the Fowler Cemetery in Spicewood, Texas on February 14, 2025 at 12:00 noon.
