

Lino “Nano” Gutierrez, Jr., 50, of Marble Falls, passed away June 7, 2013 at Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas. Born November 4, 1962 in Burnet, Texas, he was the son of Lino & Benita (Salazar) Gutierrez.
He is survived by his parents, Lino & Benita Gutierrez of Marble Falls, daughter & son-in-law, Reggie & Chance Webb, of Burnet, son, Lino “Boo” Gutierrez III, of Cottonwood Shores, grandsons, Cooper Webb and Case Webb, granddaughter, Sophia Gutierrez, brothers & sisters-in-law, Robert & Debbie Gutierrez and William & Julie Longoria and his partner, Mindy McCloskey. Lino is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Tony Gutierrez and Eddie Longoria.
Lino always enjoyed a good laugh with family and friends. Football was a passion that started at an early age, and that led him to a state title for the Marble Falls Mustangs. He had a competitive spirit that overflowed to the golf course where he squared off against older brother Robert. His love of family was unshakable.
Visitation will be Monday, June 10, 2013 at 6:00 PM at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home with Rosary following at 7:00 PM. Funeral service will be Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home with Bro. Cruz Soto officiating. Interment will follow at Marble Falls City Cemetery.
