Marylyn Turner Martin

She married Dr. B.J. Martin on July 3, 1970. He preceded her in death on September 12, 2010.

She is survived by her mother Mary Turner of Kingsland, TX & four siblings, Monty (Buddy) Turner & wife Cathy, Steve Turner & wife Cindy all of Kingsland, TX, Candy Whitman & husband Mark of Bedford, TX; and Lucretia Crenwelge & husband Curtis of Salado, TX. Marylyn is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by two stepsons Sid Martin & wife Deborah and Bill Martin & wife Carolyn; as well as many step-nieces and nephews.

Marylyn received her Bachelors and Masters degree in Religious Education from Hardin Simmons and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, respectively.

She was a member of First Baptist Church Marble Falls since her relocation from Pasadena, TX where her husband was pastor of South Main Baptist Church for 26 years.

Visitation will be Sunday November 24, 2013 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home in Marble Falls, TX.

Funeral service will be Monday November 25, 2013 at 9:30 AM at the First Baptist Church in Marble Falls, TX.
