He was born December 20, 1959 to Robert E and Elaine H Mackey in Berwyn, Illinois.
Pat worked for Collier Material for 23 years and cherished all his friendships and memories along the way.
He leaves behind the most wonderful and caring wife, Toni Mackey, two sons, Robert J. Mackey and wife Nicole and Jerry Dell Heflin, and his daughter Jordon Renee' Heflin. Pat could not have been more proud of his children.
He also leaves behind two brothers, Steven Mackey and wife Marsha and brother James Mackey and wife Connie.
Celebration of Life will be held on at the Cottonwood Shores Civic Center, 4111 Cottonwood Dr., Cottonwood Shores, TX on December 20, 2025 from 12:00 - 1:30 pm.
"I would like the memory of me to be a happy one. I would like to leave an afterglow of smiles when day is done. I would like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways of happy times and bright sunny days. I would like the tears of those who grieve to dry before a sun of happy memories that I leave behind when day is done."
