Ware Brittain Newby

Ware is preceded in death by his parents and younger sister, Cydney Newby.

He is survived by his wife, Karen, children Tessa Brooke Rowland, Joe Wheat Rowland and Casey W Newby, sister, Patricia Newby, half-brothers Carl and Craig Hopson and his best buddy, Biscuit.

He joined the Merchant Marines for 2 years after high school. He was a certified Volvo mechanic and owned T&W Volvo for many years and just recently retired in 2010 after 40 years.

He moved to Austin in 1979 and then to Marble Falls in 2010. He was active in the VFW and loved fishing, having a good time, the ocean, lakes and vacations, playing shuffleboard and pool, music, especially Willie Nelson and his dog, Biscuit.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
