Debra was a gifted interior designer whose talent and vision transformed countless houses into cherished homes. Her work was more than a career—it was a calling. She found deep joy in helping others create spaces filled with warmth, beauty, and meaning.
She was also a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Debra is survived by her husband, Robert Clemons; her children, Jim Winterick and Meghan Prats and son-in-law Alex Prats; and her beloved grandchildren, Ryan Winterick, Austin Prats, Andrew Prats, and Abigail Prats. She is also survived by her brother, Kenneth Boyce. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth Boyce Sr. and Erma Ruth Bundies.
Debra was passionate about her family and lived her life as their fiercest supporter and greatest cheerleader. Her love, encouragement, and unwavering belief in those she loved were gifts she gave freely and often.
In accordance with her final wishes, Debra asked that her life be celebrated joyfully—because she has found great joy in celebrating the lives of those around her. Her legacy of love, creativity, and compassion will continue to inspire all who knew her.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages you to honor Debra and her love of Key West by making a donation to the Key West Art and Historical Society.
