When it comes to be our turn to take the celestial trip, I fully expect Donnie to be standing at the gate, with a grin on his face and something cold in his hand.  He was a big part of our shared Sig Ep experience, and he made it better for all of us.  He cared. Our condolences to his family.  

Sorry to hear of Donnie's death. He was always positive, even when we engaged in cafeteria food fights. He knew and practiced what real brotherhood was.  He walked the talk. 

So sad to hear of the passing of Don.  Condolences to the Rogers family and friends.  Don was such an integral part of the re-organization of Sigma Phi Epsilon in the early 70's.  His quick wit and great sense of humor were the highlight of many Sig Ep parties, but he also cared deeply for the content and character of the fraternity that we were trying to build, and his input was always greatly appreciated. Though I hadn't spoken to him in probably 15 years, I think of those days often, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

My sincerest condolences and prayers go out to the Roger's family and friends.  As a RVP with Hughes Exterminators, I had many occasions to be around Don. He was always a positive influence at work, and he touched the lives of so many customers. His customers loved him, and he was always willing to help others at work. Don's leadership, his unique laugh, and his positive attitude will be sorely missed, but never forgotten.    



 I was saddened to hear of Donnie's death. So many families now share in the grief caused by the virus. Don was my roommate for four years while we were attending Florida Southern. Don was a free spirit who enjoyed life and could put a smile on anyone's face. I visited him last when we had our Sigma Phi Epsilon annual reunion several years ago. He will be greatly missed by his family and the friends he generated over the years. I used to love riding all over the state with him in that lovely barracuda that he drove.  It took a while to interpret that heavy Boston accent, but I finally figured it out. God bless all of you in his family and I will pray that He will console you.
    

Donnie was indeed the life of any party or informal gathering, especially at the FSC Sig Ep House in the early 70's. He uniquely made us laugh and relax at a time in our lives when we were sweating out mid terms and finals, navigating campus life, coping with a turbulent outside world, and learning to live without the protective daily umbrella of our parents. I still laugh and cherish the memories of Donnie's song impersonations that included "Rinsa Rinsa Blue, Cheech & Chong, Toll Brothers, and too many other 60's-70's musicians to count. 

RIP Donnie and my sincere condolences to his family and friends.

I'll never forget the times we spent together at Florida Southern College. Donnie was a close friend and "secret brother". I will miss him.

Donnie was a dear friend and frat Brother. We shared many a laugh, many a drink (or 4 or 5), and were known to burn bud together. It was college, the 70s... nuff said?!? My favorite Donnie memories were when he, in that oh so distinctive Baaston brouge would chide us Southerners for "talking 
funny!" Really, Dude?!? 😅😁😂 RIP, Brother, RIP. 'Til I see you again ~ In the Bond ALWAYS ❤💜 ~ Love, Leon
