IN THE CARE OF
H.M. Patterson & Son-Canton Hill Chapel
It is with immense sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved son, Alex.
He was a 2018 graduate of Walton High School and was preparing to graduate with a degree in Human Health at Emory University.
Alex loved working out, music, photography, and loved the city skylines and beautiful sunsets. He recently discovered Philosophy and loved to ponder those existential truths that have intrigued people since the dawn of humanity. More than anything else, he was a generous and loving soul who lit up the lives of those who knew him well.
Alex had the unshakeable belief that better days would always be ahead and that it should be everyone’s goal to “make every day count” – one of his favorite phrases.
He is survived by his parents, Cathleen and Vicente; brother, Andre; loving grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Alex will forever live in the hearts of his family and friends and in our daily acts of kindness.
In lieu of flowers and given Alex’s love of animals, donations may be made to the Atlanta Humane Society at 98 Howell Mill Road NW, Atlanta GA 30318. www.atlantahumane.org
