A proud graduate of North Georgia University, Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Science. Throughout his life, he was known for his warm heart, steady presence, and love for the simple joys that brought people together. He had a deep appreciation for antiques, cherished family gatherings, and especially enjoyed celebrating holidays surrounded by those he loved most.
In addition to his parents, Andrew was preceded in death by his siblings, Raymond Bilbo and Betsy Bilbo.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Carol Louise Bilbo; his son, James C. Bilbo and daughter-in-law Jennie Laura Bilbo; and his grandchildren, Callie Grace Bilbo and Jonah Andrew Bilbo.
Andrew’s legacy of kindness, curiosity, and devotion to family will live on in all who knew him.
