I was so deeply sorry to hear that Anne succumbed to her illness.  She approached her health like she did so many things with vigorous faith, grace and determination.   She was an OG of the GONE Girls and I still remember when the two of you courted and first married.  She was so very proud of you, your accomplishments and the life the two of you created.  You made her so happy and gave her so many amazing experiences. I always admired your travel adventures and date nights. She was truly blessed to have you as a spouse and friend.Our deepest sympathy to you Ashley and the family.   You will all remain in our thoughts and prayers. When I first met Anne over 20 years ago, she was mad at me because of a misunderstanding. We talked it through and laughed about it many times afterwards. One thing remained the same...Anne’s fierce loyalty to the people she loves.   That never changed. 
It’s a different world without you in it, Anne.  I look forward to seeing you again one day!❤️

Brett, I am so sorry for your loss. I have always enjoyed seeing your photos and all the adventures that you both enjoyed together. She was a beautiful lady and know that she is with her creator now and is healed and restored. Please know I am praying for you and your family.

Anne was a joy to be around! I met her at ECHO, helping with the 3rd grade kids and she always had a smile and a kind word for everyone. I really admired and loved her spirit. She will leave her mark on the hearts of those who knew her.

Anne’s faith was so strong and I am so fortunate to have gotten to know her in the short time she was physically here with us. I know she is with God and will watch over all of us. The pain she was experiencing is gone. She went home to be with Jesus and yes we will grow closer to him because that is exactly what she wanted. We will all grieve the loss of her but just know she is with us.  Anne fought so hard to stay alive until the end and now we owe it to her to celebrate life and hold on to friendships and more importantly continue to grow closer to God and his son.

As we all grieve the loss of someone who touched so many hearts, just know that Anne left a huge impact on those who were fortunate to be a part of her life.  Her legacy will live on and her infectious smile will never be forgotten.

Brett, I was saddened to hear the news of Ann’s passing.  She was always a bright light and gave so much love to all.  You are in my prayers. 

I am sorry to hear of Ms. Pinion's passing.  Her husband, Brett, is a good man, a godly man.  I am sorry for the loss.  As Brett was my former boss, he didn't deserve this pain.  My prayers are with the Pinion family.

Brett - we extend our condolences to you! And I thank God that I met your sweet Anne at Passion!! Her smile and love of Jesus. Just radiated! And even tho she has not been feeling well she always asked about me and my health issues!! I am sure that she is sitting at the feet of Jesus right now! She is fully restored and whole again !no more Pain, no more doctors, no more wheelchair!! So blessed to have known her and seen the kind of faith that is written about in scripture!!
