

He attended Southern Polytechnic State University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Brian enjoyed working as an independent contractor for Southern Company Services. He was very creative and smart and loved technology. He often enjoyed spending his time creating computer applications and excelled in anything he dedicated his time to. In 2005 he traveled to Korea to learn the Korean language and teach the English language to those who wanted to learn.
Brian is survived by his parents, Knowlton "Benny" Jr. and Marilyn Kay; brother, Alex Kay; and extended family members and friends to cherish his memory.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 14, 2023 at eleven o'clock in the morning at HM Patterson Canton Hill Chapel with a reception to follow. The family requests donations to be made in Brian's name to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, https://AFSP.org/Chapter/georgia.
