Carole P Grant

Carole was a proud graduate of Berry College in Rome, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Business. Following her education, she built a career with BellSouth in Atlanta, bringing curiosity, intelligence, and determiation to a technical field where women were still underrepresented.

Carole had a vibrant personality and enjoyed many interests throughout her life. In her spare time, she loved dancing, traveling, and spending time with her dogs. She also enjoyed collecting owl figurines and had an appreciation for fashion and jewelry. Carole remained a proud and active member of the Berry College Alumni Association.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved son, Jonathan Grant; her sister, Jeannie Rusk; and her brothers, Donald Bennett and Bobby Bennett.

Carole is survived by her loving husband, Ken Grant; her cherished daughter, Jenni Grant; and her precious grandsons, Ryan Grant and Jacob Grant.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 21, at 2:00 p.m. at H.M. Patterson & Son Canton Hill Chapel. Interment will be held at Georgia National Cemetery on March 23rd at 1:00 pm.

Carole will be remembered for her tenacity, spirit of adventure and the love she shared with her family and friends. Her memory will be treasured by all who knew her.
