

Charlie Trott II, 25, of Marietta, GA, passed away, October 3, 2016. He was born in Atlanta, GA, on November 4, 1990, to parents, Bill and Lisa Trott. Charlie graduated from Pope High School. He played basketball at Pope, played semi-pro in the Jewish league, and attended the Duke Basketball camp where he was able to meet Coach K. Charlie enjoyed travelling, with family to Jamaica, with friends across the country, and he had the opportunity to play basketball in Australia. He also was an avid weight lifter, which was his way of relaxing. Charlie was always helping others, and he never asked for anything in return. He was loving and embracing, accepting everyone for who they were. He had a smile as big as the outdoors, lit up the room, and was always laughing. Charlie had just finished his LPN certification through Chattahoochee Tech and passed his state board exam for LPN. He is survived by: parents, Bill and Lisa Trott; sisters, Jeneale (Jason) Mabee and Jillian (Adam) Prather; adoring nephews and niece, Dakota, Colten, and Cheyanne; grandmother, Barbara Trott; aunts, Robyn (Scott) Smith and Pam (Kenny) Bailey; uncles, Lanier Pitts, Gary Pitts, Bruce (Linda) Trott, and Bob (Felicia) Trott; cousins, Dylan, Joshua, Matt, Melissa, Tammy, Keysa, Kennon, Trish, Lee, and Glen. A memorial service celebrating his life will be conducted at H.M. Patterson & Son, Canton Hill Chapel on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at 2:00PM with Rev. Nancy Lane officiating.
