We have been neighbors since we moved to the neighborhood in 2017.  Crawford was always friendly, kind, and extremely (extremely) funny.  We will miss him dearly.  Yet I know he was a believer and is at home now with God and his dear wife, Diane.  Rest well!  We pray God's strength and peace for the family.

Crawford was a happy man that entertained all around him . He was always ready with a story or joke that made you smile. He was a kind man that’s purpose in life was to make his family happy. Mike and I will always remember all the fun times and holidays shared with Diane and Crawford over the almost 50 years we were best friends and backdoor neighbors. He was one of a kind and we will miss him dearly.

So sorry to hear about Crawford.  He used to always meet us at the side door at Mt. Bethel when he was an usher and before we moved away.  He was always pleasant and had a smile on his face.  He also had a great sense of humor.  I know he will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Chad, you  know we loved Crawford and Diane over these past fifty years, we will always think of all  the good times we shared.

Crawford was a friend from childhood, as we lived very close to one another. He was always smiling, always happy, and I treasure his memory.

Your dad was the best.  He always brought laughter to any conversation.  He was a genuine southern gentleman.
I have so many great memories of working and playing with him during our years at Oneida.  So many times his humor amazed me.
Like when during a dealer sales meeting about Buffalo China and one of the sales people asked in a heavy southern accent “Are these plates FRIED 2 times”?  Crawford glanced over at me and said proudly  “trained her myself”!
Or when he told me if I ever became disappointed in his job performance to quickly tell him so he could help me lower my expectations of him 🙄😂
We all will miss him so much and we were privileged to know and love him.

Rest in peace my friend. Will always remember our Oneida days fondly.

I am very sad to hear about Crawford's passing.  Please accept my deepest sympathy.  Your father was one of my very favorites at Oneida.   He had a very special gift.  He was the warmest, funniest, brightest light in the room.  He will be missed.

  I am so sorry about your Dad’s passing.  He was one of the funniest men I ever knew.  My story , he noted that your grandfather passed ( a smoker) and they had just picked up his urn/ashes.  your Mom was on Crawfords case about his smoking .  Crawfords response “ I hope Diane hadn’t noticed that your Grandfather had put on weight since they brought his urn home. 😂

Another of my old Rock Hill, SC buddies is now with our Lord and Savior. I haven't seen Crawford for many years, but the last I saw him was during a church service in his hometown of Merrietta.

Lots of memories growing up and lots of partying and dancing!
Crawford was an original and will be missed by family and many of his friends.
