Frances Clay Collins, 91, of Jasper, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 30, 2013. Frances is preceded in death by her husband of over sixty years, James Collins; parents, Lucius and Odessa Clay; Sisters, Carolyn Askea, and Mildred Trout. She is survived by daughters Judy Collins Neese (Ron), and Susan Schumacher (Charlie); Sister Lucille Johnson; granddaughter Leigh Bland; and great grandchildren, Alicia Bland, Andrew Bland, Parker Bland, and Allison Bland. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 1, 2013 at Crestlawn Memorial Park.
