My family has been touched and blessed by this Honorable and Just man. along with many other Families in the cities of Acworth, Kennesaw and Holly Springs. I will always remember his kindness.

Aundrea, Eddie and I are so saddened by Jim's passing. We will remember him as a compassionate, kind and intelligent friend. We will miss him. Praying for you and your family.

I'm so sad to hear Judge Payne is gone. I know where he is now . . . In Heaven.

Will miss Judge Payne... He was a fair man who had a passion for justice. He  loved the community and always wanted to help those in need. Family, I pray that God will bless you and carry you through this season of loss.
