Warren was originally from Chattanooga, Tenn. but had lived most of his life around the Atlanta area. He retired from Lockheed after several years as a flight line mechanic. At Lockheed he was always called "Josh " by his fellow workers.
He was preceded in death by his wife Janet Dixon, his father James E. Starling, Sr and his mother Edna L. Starling.
He leaves to cherish his memories his sister Judy (Bill) Owens of Chattanooga, Tenn., his brother Jim (Vicki) Starling of Rossville,Ga. and his brother Larry Starling of Gadsden, Ala. Several nieces and nephews.
Warren's family will receive friends, Tuesday, January 5th, 2016, from 12:00 until 2:00 o'clock, at Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 2000 Cobb Parkway SE, Marietta, Georgia, 30060. He will be laid to rest, at 2:00 o'clock, with graveside services.
