Tommy Carl Singleton

Graveside services with full military honors will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at Sunnyside Cemetery in Calvert with Rev. Jeff Stull officiating.

Tommy was born March 10, 1929 in Robertson County to Silas N. and Vida Gregory Singleton.

He retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1971 moving to Houston where he owned his own business. In 1975 Tommy moved back home to Calvert to be near his family. He served as City Marshall for several years before becoming County Commissioner. He retired in 1996. Tommy lived life to the fullest. He loved spending time with his son, Danny and his grandchildren, Chanse and Chase.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother: Roy Singleton, sisters: Catherine Collier and Juanita Grimm.

Left to cherish his memory is his son, Danny Singleton of Granbury, TX; grandsons, Chanse Singleton of Granbury, TX and Chase Singleton of Granbury, TX
