Virginia Price

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, February 18, 2018 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Riesel with the Reverend Robert Kitson officiating. Interment will follow in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM on Saturday, February 17th at Adams funeral home.

Mrs. Price was born on August 2, 1936 in Riesel, Texas. She is survived by her husband, Don Price; daughters, Jeanette Lewis and her husband, Ted, Jenifer Buchanan and her husband, Carl and Stephanie Johnson and her husband, Steve; grandchildren, Andrea Akins and her husband, Wayne, Justin Lewis, Melissa Knight and her husband, Shawn, Brittany Williams and her husband, Thomas, Jonathan Buchanan, Timothy Buchanan and Carmen Blanchard and her husband, Richard; 3 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; sisters, Gladys Glaser and Betty Savage; brother, Charles Matthys and sister-in-law, Mary Jo Matthys.

Mrs. Price was preceded in death by her parents, Max and Selma Matthys and 1 grandson, Jeramie Whitehead.
