Bella St Pierre Thompson Roland passed away on February 6, 2011 at the age of 92. She is survived by 2 sons : Raymond V. Thompson, Jr & wife Cherrian, Laney Roland & wife Jeanne; 1 daughter: Adelyn Retif and husband Al; 9 grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 1 great, great grandchild. Preceded in death by parents: father Edward St Pierre Sr, and mother Ernestine Theriot St Pierre; 7 siblings; First husband Raymond V. Thompson Sr.; second husband William (Bill) Roland; daughter Barbara Thompson Sanders; son-in law Bob Sanders; Grandson Derek Sanders; Granddaughter Adonna Sanders; grandson in law, Wendall Sauls; and a special friend Tom Mc Cain.
A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, on Friday, February 11, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park. Express condolences at www.westsideleitzeagan.com.
