Brad Anthony Plaisance

Brad Anthony Plaisance passed away peacefully on Friday, July 9th, 2021 at the age of 56. He was born in Marrero, Louisiana to Nathan Joseph and Sylvia Faucheaux Plaisance. Loving brother of Joey Plaisance, Chris Plaisance, and Amy Plaisance Ricks. Uncle to Jennifer Kessler (Nick), Lauren St. Pierre (Craig Jr.), Brandi Plaisance, Eric Plaisance, Leigh-Anne Johnson, and Breigh-Anne Rihner (Ryan). Brad is also survived by many great nieces and great nephews, other relatives, and friends who will miss him dearly.

Brad is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Wilton and Octavia Plaisance, his maternal grandparents Justilien and Elma Faucheaux, and his Godson Branden James Plaisance.

Brad loved his family, especially his nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. In his free time he enjoyed cooking, outdoor grilling and boiling, listening to music, martial arts, reading, and he was very faithful to God. Brad was a parishioner of Visitation of Our Lady Catholic Church in Marrero, Louisiana and often donated to various charitable missions. Brad will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 1:00PM on Friday, July 16th, 2021 at Visitation of Our Lady Catholic Church, 3500 Ames Boulevard in Marrero, Louisiana. Father Colin Braud will officiate the Funeral Mass. A visitation will begin at 11:00AM in church, and continue until the Mass time. A rosary will prayed at 12:00PM.
