Brandie Nicole Hughes

Ms. Hughes was the mother of Elaine Elizabeth Hughes and the late infant Madison Nicole Hughes; her parents, Darlene and Robert Hughes, Jr.; sister of Reshanda Hughes (Teddy) , Janell Langford (Zeek), Brent Weaver (Arlene), and the late Robert “Lilman” Hughes III; granddaughter of Robert Hughes, Sr., Dorothy Martin, both of Mobile, Alabama, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Elward Reed; niece of Barbara Cadiere (Craig, Sr.), Fred Hughes (Doris), Pam Madero (Mike), Ronnie Orso, Richard Orso, and the late Robert K. Ebersole, Sr., and Pearl Perrin; Nanny of Victoria Lynn Langford. She was dearly loved by countless family and friends and will be deeply missed.

Brandie was a vivacious woman who was treasured by everyone who was blessed to meet her. She truly enjoyed her femininity – known for primping, dressing, and shopping. Brandie loved long drives, listening to music, and dancing. Her infectious smile drew others to her and she never met a stranger.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be offered to assist with funeral expenses.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 20, 2014, from 10:00 a.m. until time of Service at 2:00 p.m. at Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, Louisiana. Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m.
