Don Joseph Dauzat entered into heaven on Saturday, February 7, 2015. Devoted husband of Jody LeBlanc Dauzat of 29 years. Loving father of Craig Dauzat and Courtney Dauzat. Son of Melvin J. Dauzat and the late Esther Roy Dauzat. Brother of Robert J. Dauzat and Kathy Dauzat Alack. Son-in-law of Donovan J. LeBlanc and the late Yvonne S. LeBlanc. Brother-in-law of Anne L. Garcia and Donna LeBlanc. Also survived by loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Age 52, a native of Pineville, LA and a longtime resident of Marrero, LA. Don was employed as a Safety Coordinator at Monsanto in Luling for 15 years. In his spare time, Don enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with family and friends.
Relatives, friends and employees of Monsanto and Civil Construction Contractors are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expy., Marrero, LA on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at 1:00 PM. Visitation from 9:00 AM until Mass time. Interment following in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
