Mrs. Gerardine Louise Pizani Victoriano

Gerardine Louise Pizani Victoriano entered into eternal rest in her home surrounded by her loving children and family on Saturday evening, June 7, 2014, at the blessed age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Robert Joseph Victoriano, Sr. Loving mother of Gregory Victoriano (Carolyn), Robert Victoriano, Jr. (Elodie), Gerard “Jerry” Victoriano (Cathy), Roberta Steib Boudlauch (Durel), Jennifer Victoriano, Benedict Victoriano (Sharon), Christopher Victoriano (Roxiann), and Rebecca Keller (Steven). Also survived by special extended family member Susan Ensminger. Grandmother of Kerrie Ribando, Lori Eschete; Chance, Trebor, and Rennan Victoriano; Dana Victoriano, Gerard Victoriano, Jr., Katie St. Ann, Allie Barrios; Steven Paul Steib (deceased), Shelly France, Sheryl Cox, Donald Steib, Jr.; Beth Victoriano, Britany Cothran, Benedict Victoriano, Jr., Blaine Victoriano; Melissa, Nicholas and Matthew Victoriano; Steven II, Jennifer, Joseph, and Victoria Keller. Survived by sisters Delores Lombas (the late Henry) and Muriel Perrin (Edward), and sisters-in-law Rosemary Victoriano (the late Leonard), Mary Bonura (the late Lenny), and Veronica Fazende (the late Larry). Also survived by 26 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren, step-grandchildren, and step-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents Andrew Filse Pizani and Berthile Tregre Pizani, and her siblings, Peter Pizani (Sidonia), Phyllis Davenport (Robert), and Carmen Cusimano (J.D.) She was a lifelong resident of Barataria and parishioner of St. Anthony Catholic Church, Lafitte. She devoted her life to her children, family, and service to God. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial from St. Anthony Catholic Church, Lafitte, on Tuesday afternoon, June 10, 2014 at 1:00.
