James was the devoted husband of Diane Sierra for forty years until her passing. Left to cherish his memory are his children, James Jr. (Michelle), Thomas (Angie) and Donna Roger (Michael). James was the proud grandfather of Gina (Jeremy), Taylor, TJ, Amanda (Wade), Aimee, and the late James III. He was the great-grandfather to Roan, Hudson, Harrison, and one more on the way. Brother of Margaret Trimble. Preceded in death by his brother, Herbert Sierra and sister Dolores Campbell. James is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
James proudly served his country in the U.S. Army in the 101st Airborne Division.
A funeral service for James will be held in the chapel of Westside-Leitz/Eagan Funeral Home on Friday, January 5, 2024 at 11AM. Visitation will begin at 9:30AM for all who wish to pay their respects.
