Jessie Joseph Farve Sr.

Jessie Joseph “NuNu” Farve, Sr., passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2014. Devoted husband of Eunice Orgeron Farve of 54 years. A loving father of Grace Mary Farve Guillory, Jessie Joseph Farve, Jr. and his son-in-law; Silas Guillory and daughter-in-law; LeeAnn Creppele Farve. A proud grandfather of Silas Guillory (Holly), Billy Guillory (Jeanne), Heather Farve, Amber Creppele, Layci Creppele and a great grandfather of Michael, Bailey, Kaden, Hanna, Josh, Kale, Kylan and Huntley. Son of the late Edna Thibodeaux Farve and Willie Farve. Brother of Willie Farve, Jr. (Ellen), Roy Farve, Thomas Farve and preceded in death by his brother Robert Farve and his sister-in-law Linda Andras Farve. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Jessie “NuNu” retired from Avondale Ship Yard after 33 years as a welder and after retirement he enjoyed fishing and spending time at his camp with family and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway.
