Joy "Joy C" Carter Juarez-Jackson Passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, December 18, 2011, at age 61 after a battle with cancer. Devoted wife of Rene Juarez-Jackson. Loving mother of Shana Odessa Juarez and Nicole Renee' Jackson. Cherished grandmother of Katelyn Renee' Nolan. She was the daughter of Florence (Dolly) Bennett Carter and the late Wilson William Carter. Beloved sister of Winson Carter, Theo Carter and Shelly Robichaux. She also leaves a host of nephews, nieces relatives and friends. Mrs. Jackson was born in Roatan, Honduras and lived in Harvey for the past 43 years. She was employed with NCO Financial for 12 years. No doubt you will always be loved and missed infinitely. The family thanks everyone for all prayers and condolences at our time of bereavement.
