Lawrence Scott Barnett Dover, 48, of Jefferson, LA went to Heaven on Tuesday, September 17, 2013. Larry was preceded in death by two of his sons, Sean Allan Dover and Jonathan Steiber. Son of Elizabeth Colosi of Lacombe, LA and Scott Barnett of Louisville, KY and Lonnie Dover of Saucier, MS. Larry leaves behind a son, Christopher Parr, a grandchild, Christian Parr, and has another grandchild on the way. Larry is the Big Brother of Andrew Barnett, Ellen Trauth and Nicole Dover. Larry is a beloved cousin, uncle, nephew and friend. He will be missed terribly by his spoiled cat, Binky. Larry was an avid SAINTS & LSU fan, fisherman, musician and was a gifted comedian. He had just accomplished his lifelong dream of working in the music industry. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service celebrating his life at Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 4:00 pm.
