Marguerite Gaudet entered eternal rest on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at the age of 91. She was the daughter of the late Alfred Gaudet and Zoe Bergeron Gaudet. She was the last surviving sister of 11, which include: the late Elaine Barrilleaux, Corinne Gaudet, Lloyd Gaudet, Noella Gaudet, Guy Gaudet, Garland Gaudet, Lynn Gaudet, Beatrice Gaudet, Russell Gaudet and Mary Ann Rosine. She was survived by a host of nieces and nephews. She was a native of Lafourche Parish and a longtime resident of Gretna. She will be remembered for her love of flowers and will be dearly missed by her friends and family at Belle Vie Nursing Home.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services at WESTSIDE/LEITZ-EAGAN FUNERAL HOME, 5101 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY, MARRERO, LA.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 12, 2012 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at which time a Prayer Service will be held in the Chapel. Burial will then follow in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Gretna, LA. Condolences may be offered online at www.westsideleitzeagan.com
