Mary Ann McGuire

Mary Ann Bringol McGuire passed away on January 2nd, 2023 at the age of 78. She was born on July 7, 1944 to the late Calvin Bringol, Sr. and Verlie Guillot Bringol. Devoted wife of the late Russell McGuire, Sr., and the father of her children, Charles E. Wright, Sr. Loving mother of Roxanne DeLaune (Scooter), Charles "Gene" Wright, Jr. (Andrea), Sandra McGuire, and the late Russell A. McGuire, Jr. Proud grandmother of Cortney Donewar (Brandon), Alayna Wright, Cambrie DeLaune, Joshua DeLaune (Maegan), Keith Wattigney (Ora), Ryan Wattigney (Dana), and Whitney McGuire (Michael). Great Grandmother of Brody Donewar, Ava DeLaune, Rex Wattigney, Mila Wattigney, Kynleigh Wattigney, Landon Hamilton, Isabelle Hamilton, and Amelia Kelly. Sister of the late Mary Ruth Galliano (Ronnie), Calvin Bringol, Jr. (Jane), Barbara Bringol Morgan, Janette Bringol Nobles (Johnny Sr.), Louella Bringol Fraisse, Eugene “Sonny” Bringol, Sr. (Charlene), and Baby Ruth. Mary is survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends who will miss her dearly.

Mary was always the life of the party. She was always ready to meet new people and never met a stranger. Mary loved watching football, especially the Saints. She enjoyed cooking for her family so all of her family would be together.

A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00PM on Monday, January 9th, 2023 in the chapel of Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway in Marrero, Louisiana. A visitation will begin at 10:00AM and continue until the service time.
