Nola Lee Breaux

Nola Chauvin Breaux passed away on December 18, 2021 at the age of 86. She was born in Raceland, Louisiana on March 3, 1935 to the late Simon and Enola Chauvin. Wife of the late Gene P. Breaux. Mother of Marcia Breaux, Glen Breaux, Gene Breaux (Donna) and the late Ann B. LeBlanc (Kerry). Grandmother of Scott Gassenberger (Sheryl), Courtney Bertucci, Brandi Henei (Adam), Tasha Toro (Frank), Joshua Breaux (Stacy), Clark LeBlanc and Jordan LeBlanc (Jaqui) and she was blessed with 9 great-grandchildren. Nola is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Nola was a resident of Westwego since 1955. She was a LPN and enjoyed being a caregiver for most of her life. In her earlier years, Nola also enjoyed working in her yard, tending to her flowers. But most of all, she loved spending time and playing with her grand and great-grandchildren. Nola was loved by everyone and will be dearly missed.

Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation on December 21, 2021 from 9:30 AM until 12:30 PM at Westside Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, funeral service to begin at 12:30 PM, followed by the interment at Westlawn Cemetery in Gretna.
