Ronald Allen Chabot went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at the age of 51. He was the beloved husband of Jennese Chabot. Father of Samantha Cannariato, Michael Hefflin, Jonathan Chabot, and Ashley Chipman, as well as grandfather of Thomas Shane Chabot, Sara Hammes, Jacob Cannariato, Mylay McKinnon, and Malachi Thorpe. Son of Janet Johns and Thomas Chabot. Brother of Rich and Rob Chabot.
He retired as a Mineman 1st class MN1(SW) from the US Navy, and went on to work as a commercial diver for Chet Morrison. He was a loving husband, son, father and grandfather. The most important thing he ever did was a to give his life to Jesus Christ, and it made him who he was.
A funeral service will be held at First Baptist Church of Harahan, 276 Oak St., on Sunday, April 10, 2016 at 5:00 pm. Visitation will begin at 3:00 pm. Interment will be private. Express condolences at www.westsideleitzeagan.com.
