Thomas Davis "Tommy" Gainey passed away on January 2, 2026 at the age of 67. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to Angelina M. Gainey (Mickey Walker) and the late Joseph Vincent Gainey. Loving father of Daniel Keene, T.J Keene, Jason Gainey and Betty Ann Maury. Proud grandfather of seven and one great-grandchild. Brother of Angelina M. DeLorenzo (Donnie), Clinton Joseph Gainey (Ivoney) and the late Emile Gainey. Tommy was also survived by his precious pets Sarah Lee and Tommy Lee as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Tommy was an avid Saints fan who took the greatest pride in caring for his family. He enjoyed fishing and loved cooking, especially boiling seafood to share with family and friends. Tommy was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
