APPLING, Ga. - Mrs. Barbara Epps James, 71, of Appling, Georgia passed away at her home. Barbara was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved her family and thoroughly enjoyed spending time with them. She worked in the banking industry for over twenty years and also at Augusta Sportswear. Barbara was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James E. Jimmy James. She is survived by her four daughters, Monique P. Parker, Jeana Greer, Tonya J. Rollins and Teresa T. C. Reynolds; two sons, Roger Peloquin and Robert Peloquin; ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 - 8 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon, Friday, July 20, 2012 in the Columbia Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Cheek officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Barbara's grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
