She is preceded in death by her husband David Smith and children
She is survived by her son, Floyd Smith (Terri), and her daughter, Teresa Hewett. She also leaves behind nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren, all of whom she cherished deeply.
A visitation will be held on January 14, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, located at 2524 Lumpkin Road.
A funeral service will be held on January 15, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., followed by interment at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 2700 Deans Bridge Road, Augusta, GA 30806.
