Gary Chambers

Gary was a devoted husband, loving father, and proud grandfather who will be remembered for his generosity, strength, and unwavering love for his family. He was the kind of man who would do anything for anyone.

Born to the late Troy and Bertha Chambers, Gary grew up with a strong work ethic and a love for the outdoors. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. Throughout his life, he enjoyed working in construction, as well as fishing, hunting, and spending time in nature. He also loved to dance and brought joy and laughter to those around him.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Troy and Bertha Chambers; and his sisters, Glenda Williams and Joanne Puga.He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Vicki Chambers; his children, Judy Miniatis, Ronnie Chambers, Sherry Chambers, Chris Chambers, Heather Alford, Gabriel Bolick, and Ashley Johnson; his siblings, Angie Collins and Lennis Chambers; along with 15 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, all of whom brought him great pride and happiness.

Gary’s legacy will live on through the love he shared, the memories he created, and the family he so deeply cherished.

A Celebration of Life will be held Monday September 15, 2025, 12:00 PM, at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 4255 Columbia Road, Martinez, GA 30907.
