She was born on May 1, 1933 in Birmingham, Alabama, a daughter of the late Harry and Beatrice Kisber Cohen.
Jackie is predeceased by her husband of 66+ years, Jack Marvin Shapiro.
She is survived by her daughter, Cathy S Gross; sons, Joel M Shapiro and John M. Shapiro, son-in-law Richard Gross, daughter-in-law Michelle Shapiro and 5 grandchildren; Matthew Gross, Micah Gross, Jeffrey Gross, Rachel Shapiro, Emily Shapiro, great granddaughter, Maggie Willa Gross and a great grandson, Jack.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00pm, Friday, October 8, 2021 at Westover Memorial Park, officiated by Rabbi Shai Beloosesky.
