Shelagh Hubbard

Shelagh was born and raised in Great Yarmouth UK. It was there she met her late husband. She raised her children in the UK. Before retiring to the US in 1990 she moved to Wilmington NC and then to Evans in 2000.

Shelagh is survived by her children, Elizabeth, John, and Howard residents of the United Kingdom, Robert, Christopher, Richard of Florida, Amanda of Pennsylvania, 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, brother, Tony, sister, Lynne, numerous cousins, and her four legged friend, Sam.

The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Eisenhower Medical Center, neighbors, and friends for the care they gave their mother.

Memorial services will be held on Sunday, November 3, 2013 at 2pm in the Columbia Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 4255 Columbia Road, Martinez, GA with Rev. Roy McVeigh officiating. Burial will take place at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery.
