She is preceded in death by her son, James Randolph Smith, Jr., her parents, Theodore C Young, Sr., and Maye Agnes Young, and her granddaughter, Patti Steves. Survivors include her daughter, Gloria Seigler; grandchildren, Charles Hilliard and wife Kandice, Joe Seigler and wife Jessica, Robyn Goff and husband Gene, Randy Smith and wife Nanette, and Cami Bassett; great-grandson, Anthony-Michael Blake Halcame, and many other great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and her sisters, Jackie Ballard, Sarah Harrison, and Helen Derbonne.
A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Friday, February 3, 2017, at the Columbia Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 4255 Columbia Road, Martinez, GA 30907. The family will receive friends at 1pm until the service hour.
