Born December 30, 1936 in Martinsburg, she was the daughter of the late Paul and P. Virginia (Stanley) Beard.
Betty attended Moler Avenue Church of the Brethren.
She is survived by two sons: William (Bill) LeMaster and his wife, Sherry and Darryl LeMaster and his wife, Penny; one daughter, Sharon Rennie; six grandchildren: William LeMaster, Jason LeMaster, Derek Rennie, Brande Hockensmith, Jesica Taylor, and Cody LeMaster; three great-grandchildren: Elizabeth and Alex Rennie and Trey Hockensmith; one brother, Roger Beard and his wife, Ann; one sister, Patricia Smith; several nieces and nephews; and a special sister-in-law, Lula Borher, who helped care for her in her final days.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, George (Bill) LeMaster; and one brother, Douglas Beard.
Friends will be received at Rosedale Funeral Home on Monday from 6-8pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11am at the funeral home.
Interment will follow in Rosedale Cemetery.
