Born July 9, 1938 in Martinsburg, WV, she was the daughter of the late James Wesley Faulkwell and Stella Theresa Miller Faulkwell.
She is survived by her two children, Dean Files and Lynn Welsh; one brother, James W. Faulkwell, II; one sister, Elsie Sanders; five grand children and one great grandchild.
In addition to her parents, Helen is preceded in death by one daughter, Theresa Elizabeth Files.
Memorial service will be Monday, May 20, 2013 at 11am at Johnstown Bible Church in Hedgesville, WV with Pastor Jack Rudy officiating.
Inurnment will be private.
