Born January 28, 1939 in Winchester, VA, he was the son of the late Theodore E. and Eva Mae (Amick) Campbell.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia A. Campbell, a brother, Charles, and a sister Dorothy
He is survived by a son, James T. Campbell of Martinsburg; two daughters, Denise Tinsman of Martinsburg, and Bonnie Shai of Baltimore, MD; one sister, Betty Jacobs of Shepherdstown; five grandchildren, Michael, Thomas, Joseph, Brittany, and Terry C.; and one great-granddaughter.
Services and interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
