John Wesley Banks Sr. age 86, of Silver Lane, Martinsburg, passed away on May 3,2019, in Kearneysville, under the care of Hospice of the Panhandle. Interment at Rosedale Cemetery May 13 at 2 pm. In lieu of cards or flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Panhandle. Services by Rosedale Funeral Home.
