She was born on May 8, 1952 in Washington DC and was daughter of the late Albert and Francis Dallachiesa.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years Ronald Howard; children: Damarys Pastran, Shannon Walker, and Courtney Howard and husband Jason Frye; grandchildren: Sophia Walker, Allyson Walker, Amelia Walker, Nina Zahraie, Lawrence Zahraie, Cyrus Zahraie, and David Zahraie.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her son-in-law Thomas Walker Jr.
