Connie Jean Desrosier

Connie Desrosier Connie Desrosier, 73, of Granite Falls, died in her home on July 5, 2014. Born May 15, 1941 in Ogden, Utah, she had a life of love and laughter. She was the beloved wife of Andrew Desrosier for 44 years and the mother of five children, Mike (JoDee), Duane (Cheryl), Tina (Chris), Lee (Emily), and Keith (passed 2008). She was a grandmother of 12 and great grandmother to six. She was a devoted sister, aunt, niece and friend to many. Connie was beautiful and strong.

She was involved in all the kids school activities while growing up. She was always on the go, had a passion for horseback riding in the mountains, hunting, crafting, gardening and making floral arrangements. She loved to take family on mystery trips, was a professional at skip-bo and moving furniture around the house. She enjoyed traveling the country with Andy and hostessing all people whether at the house, family reunions or the RV campgrounds. She never met a slot machine her lucky streak couldn't conquer. Connie loved deeply and was loved in turn the same.

A viewing will be held on Monday, July 21, 2014 from 12 - 5 p.m. at Schaefer-Shipman funeral home. A celebration of life for family and friends will be on Saturday, July 26, 1-3 p.m. at the family reunion.
