Kathleen Geraldine Bill

Kathleen Geraldine Bill born Sept. 20, 1966 in Bellingham, Washington to Geraldine and Joseph D. Bill Jr. (deceased). Due to an illness she is no longer suffering and went to be with the Lord on January 6, 2012.

She is survived by her loving family spouse Gerald “Hacker” Phair; son, Gerad Phair, daughters Lauralee Angel Bill and Natasha Bill (Randy Kinley Jr.); grandchildren Chanelle and Devontae Bill-Kinley, Destiny, Menoanie, and Jacobey Kinley; brother Brian Bill (Stephanie), sisters Inez Bill (Hank Gobin), Jolene Bill, Donna Houle (Daryl), Kristy Bill (Phillip); and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by Joseph A. Bill Sr., Joseph A. Bill Jr., Miriam Jo Bill, Joseph D. Bill Jr., Isadore Thom Jr., Laura Thom, and Cecilia and Carl Jones Sr.

Kathy graduated from Chemawa Indian School and attended college in San Antonio, Texas. Later working for Trident Seafood and the Tulalip Casino where she had many friends. She was very easy going, outgoing, athletic, had a beautiful smile, a contagious laugh, and a strong personality. She was a strong believer and follower in her walk of life as a Smokehouse member. She was a loving spouse, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and wonderful friend to many. She will truly be missed by all who knew her.

Services will be held Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 6:00 PM at the Tulalip Tribal Gym and Thursday at 10 AM at the Tulalip Tribal Gym. Burial will follow at Mission Beach Cemetery.
