Mark was my friend and crazy/genius computer guru, a wild & passionate dancer at the Merc, & a beautiful human being.  You are greatly missed. Now who will drive the demons from all my electronic gadgets?  And no longer can I have you over for a good home cooked meal?  Why did you have to go so soon?

I knew Mark and Michelle growing up. I only knew Mark as Michelle's little brother. I have fond memories of playing at the Porters house and the Porters taking me to an old retreat for the day with Mark and Michelle,(church related) & Michelle and I having a blast trick or treating. Mrs. Porter was so kind, to me and gentle. My heart hurts for the family. May Mark find freedom in the after life. Kind Regards, Christie Michelle Groves

I only met Mark 5 years ago .... still, Mark will cross my mind for the rest of my life. I considered him a genuine friend. Glad I met him even if it wasn't for long.  I thought of him as a truly good person. I liked his many qualities and quirks. Very intelligent, talented creative and sweet. He made me laugh and always feel comfortable. He was a keeper. Sorry for his struggles he ran into at some point. I liked his style and a history I could identify with. Lots of people cared about him. He will be missed. Sorry for his family's  and friends loss & of coarse his. Thanks for giving this outlet to say these things.

Mark was 1 of the most talented artists and one of the best skaters I've ever met. We were like brothers growing up and I'll always remember you. RIP my friend.

Mark was a unique and powerful individual. He shaped my ideas and inspired in me to live a more reflective life during High School, something I strive toward each day. I will miss him.
